3 Days . 6 Live Sessions . 5 Facilitators

A taste of a deeper way of being

Imagine a world where you can be fully yourself, expressing openly and honestly while holding care and compassion for others. A world where intimate relationships and families are rooted not in submission or domination, but in shared power, authenticity, and mutual respect.
This Taster Summit invites you to explore the core themes of our 12-week online “Being Me, Loving You” Program, beginning on 12th June 2026. Over the course of three days, you will start seeing day to day conflicts with your loved ones as opportunities of strengthening connection.
You will also get to meet our expert facilitators and experience safe, supportive spaces rooted in a spirit of community. Here learning happens through sharing, interaction, and learning from one another.

Burnout Free Kitchen by Shammi Nanda

Home is as complex a system as a goverment minsitry but it's complexity is hardly seen and the effort of organising it is not seen.

30 MAY 2026 SESSION 2

Being Nice Or Authentic by Farrah
5pm-7pm IST

Being Nice can supposedly build acceptance but it has a cost, that we get disconnected from our own needs and selves. The challenge with being honest some times is that our language can be attributing blame and attack on people, which can trigger those in front of us. The edge is to be able to share while acknowledging the needs of the others and try to build a world where everyone matters.

31 MAY 2026 SESSION 1

Conscious Dating by Ramanusha
10am-12pm IST

When we want to build conscious relationships, it is important to connect and express ourselves clearly and enage with others with more openness. It is important to be clear in what are your values and find alignement with others, that is enough for you to move forward in a relationship.
Relationships are made by integrating the values and needs of two people while going beyond right and wrong but get clarity on what needs matter.

Is this your story too?

Do you replay conversations long after they end?

You keep thinking about what you said, what they meant, and what you “should have” done differently.

Do you struggle to say what you really feel?

You often hide your truth to avoid hurting others, disappointing people, or creating conflict

Do you avoid conflict until it explodes?

You stay silent for too long, and then emotions come out in ways you didn’t intend.

Do you feel unseen, unheard, or emotionally tired?

You are surrounded by people, yet still feel like no one truly understands you.

Do you keep others happy while abandoning yourself?

You call it kindness, but deep down it feels exhausting, resentful, and lonely.

Are you tired of performing and ready to be authentic?

You no longer want to live for expectations—you want to come home to who you really are.

You are not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
