Refunds and Cancellations

Course and Offerings: If the participants are unable to attend the course/program, and wish to cancel it, the refund requests will be considered within 15 days of purchase, if the course has not started.

In case of monthly subscriptions, if a client does not want to continue with them at any point they can pause or stop the subscription from their end. If they are not able to cancle subscriptions on their end they can request us to stop the subscription which will be done by our backend.

Product Offerings: Refunds or replacements for the products will be offered in case of any damage or defect.

In case of replacement or return of the defective product the courier(speed post) charge will be made by our organisation.
 
For refunds and replacements it should be reported within 2 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects.
