Marshall Rosenberg, founder of Nonviolent Communication, challenges conventional ideas of charge, pay, and worth, advocating for a system based on generosity and contribution. A pivotal moment in his career revealed how money often hinders access to essential services. In response, Rosenberg stopped charging fixed fees, instead inviting people to give joyfully and in alignment with their values. He also embraced minimalism, discovering freedom in simple things.

Through  role-plays this show illustrated how unmet needs, like respect and understanding, often trigger anger and escalate conflicts. Host Miki Kashan and panellists emphasised that reacting with anger rarely resolves issues; instead, it reinforces disconnection. They encouraged viewers to approach anger with curiosity, using nonviolent communication to uncover unmet needs and foster understanding.
The Program is made by Bay Area NVC group.

Frédéric Laloux's Reinventing Organizations explores a transformative approach to organizational design, moving beyond traditional hierarchical models to what he calls "Teal Organizations." Teal organizations embrace decentralized decision-making, encourage employees to bring their full selves to work, and align operations with a shared, dynamic sense of purpose. His work inspires leaders to create humane, agile environments that prioritize meaning, innovation, and collective growth over rigid control.

In his TEDx talk, Brian Robertson introduces Holacracy, a revolutionary management approach that replaces traditional hierarchies with a dynamic, decentralized system.  Holacracy empowers every team member by distributing authority, fostering collaboration, and ensuring agility through constant micro-adjustments.  Robertson draws parallels to city systems and nature, emphasizing how autonomy within a structured framework can drive innovation and adaptability in modern organizations.

Urmila Samson's TEDx talk explores the liberating concept of unschooling, which she describes as "whole being learning." She contrasts this with traditional education, emphasizing the limitless potential of children raised in freedom. Samson highlights the transformative journey for parents, who must "deschool" themselves to trust their children's innate abilities. In a rapidly changing world, she advocates for nurturing imagination, adaptability, and integrity—key traits for thriving in the future.
